Initiate Your Request
Log into your Card Empire account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
